About Me
I was born in Xi'an, China – a city full of historical beauty and also the host city for Terracotta Army. I joined Tsinghua University in 2002 for my bachelor's degree majoring in Electronic Engineering, and spent 4 amazing years there a lot of good friends.
In my spare time, I like watching movies and comic books and playing all kinds of ball games: tennis, table tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, …, you name it, though I am not very good at them:-P I am also pretty much working on my cooking now.
My Research
Circuit engineers nowadays have been confronted with increasing challenges to come up with a robust design while balancing a myriad of trade-offs between cost, performance, power consumption, bandwidth and process variation. Among all these challenges raised by deep-sub-micron technologies, tolerance of the circuit design to process imperfection is an imminent major concern in maintaining the reliability of the devices. My research focuses on designing reliable circuits to minimize the process variation and mismatches by utilizing statistical correlation between device parameters.
